This is Dawn’s Meatloaf recipe that is awesome! I think she whipped this together in about 30 minutes of prep time. The Timberwolves were playing the pitiful Pistons in an early 6pm game so the timing of dinner was spot on.

Those Poinsettias in the pic are still going strong.

Easy Peasy Meatloaf

Ingredients

US Metric

• 2 Lbs 2 Ground Beef

• 3 3 eggs

• 1.5 Cups 1.5 Bread Crumbs

• 1 Tsp 1 salt

• 1 Tsp 1 pepper

• 1 Tsp 1 onion powder

• 1 Tsp 1 garlic powder

• 3 Tbls 3 Worcestershire Sauce

• 1/4 Cup 1/4 minced onions (optional)

Directions

• mix all ingredients together
• shape into a loaf
• put in baking dish cover with foil
• bake at 350 degree oven covered for one hour
• uncover continue to bake an additional 15 minutes
• rest for 10 minutes.
• slice and serve
