This method of Bbq ribs was a new technique for me. I decided to try it based on this youtube video from the Mad Scientist…located a the link below. I will say that after 5 hours on the smoker at no more than 250 degrees…they turned out tasty, tender and delicious. I did not put any sauce on mine but I did put rub on prior to the start of the smoke. I pulled them after 4 hours and then wrapped in paper for 1 additional hour:
