Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
3/4 cup Butter Flavor Crisco
1-1/4 cups packed Brown Sugar
1 Large Egg
2 TBSP Milk
1 TBSP Vanilla
1-1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Semi-Sweet Nestle Chocolate Chips
1 cup large Pecan pieces(optional)
Directions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees
- Cream Crisco and Brown Sugar in large bowl at medium speed with electric mixer. Beat 2 minutes. Scrape sides of Bowl often.
- Add egg, milk and vanilla. Beat 30 seconds or till blended
- Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Beat additional 1 minute.
- Stir in chips and nuts
- Drop 2 level measuring TBSP of dough into mound to form cookie. Place 6 to 8 on ungreased baking sheet. Leave 3 inches of space between cookies.
- Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes
- Cool on baking sheet 2 minutes
- Transfer to a cooling rack or to partchment paper.
