Ingredients
Ground Beef
Uncooked White Rice
Water
Chopped onion
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Tomato Sauce
Tomato Soup
Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
- Heat Oven to 350
- Mix 2 lbs. Meat and 1 cup uncooked Rice with 1/2 cup Water and 1/2 cup onion. Add tsp salt and tsp garlic powder as well as tsp of pepper. Mix together well. Make into meatballs (Golf Ball).
- Place Meatballs on ungraded 9×12 baking dish
- Stir remaining ingredients. 1-can tomato sauce with 2-cans tomato soup(Condensed) . Add 1/2 cup water and 3 tsp Worcestershire. Pour over meatballs.
- Cover dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes
- Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes
