Pork Butt Day
Well guess what we are doing today?
The pork butts will go on the Weber Charcoal Summit(The Beast).
The Baby Back Ribs will get hung on the tall Weber Smokey Mountain.
Temp outside is 5 degrees. Gonna be a great day. Just need to get some beer drinking time in while these cook.
