Directions
If you like chocolate and peanut butter together this recipe is for you! The first time I had these bars was back in the late fifties. My mom cut it out of the Star Tribune Newspaper. It was from a Betty Crocker Bake Off Contest that took first place in the contest. I had the original clipping from the paper, but…after 55 years the original has been misplaced. I confess that I am NOT a baker by any means, I can cook but it takes somebody special to bake. This recipe is one of the very few things I do enjoy baking. I have handed this recipe down to my Daughter Michelle and my Grand-Daughter Delaney.
