Dawn is making another batch of Salsa for 2023. A few weeks back, she canned 24 pints. That batch was one of the best she has ever done.

Thanks to John & Connie Gies, she got another 1/2 bushel of Roma Tomatoes. The neighbor Rick supplied the Sweet Cayenne, Habanero, and Chili Peppers.
