2021 SuperBowl Sunday: Smoked Spatchcock Turkey
Coming this Superbowl Sunday guests Dan and Pam Morgan will be joining us to watch the big game at the Cznlsports Bar and Grill.

Spatchcock Turkey prepared on Weber Charcoal Summit w Homemade Smoked 7 Bean BBQ and Side Salad
We brined the 18lb. Turkey for 48 hours. The brine recipe used was from the Pioneer Woman’s website. It called for some Brown Sugar, Kosher Salt, Rosemary, Bay Leaves, Peppercorns, Apple Juice and Orange Peels.
After the 48 hours we cut out the back, rinsed and patted dry.
