Coming this Superbowl Sunday guests Dan and Pam Morgan will be joining us to watch the big game at the Cznlsports Bar and Grill.

Pre game Appetizers:

Kielbasa Sausage in a Carolina Mustard BBQ sauce

Game Time:

Spatchcock Turkey prepared on Weber Charcoal Summit w Homemade Smoked 7 Bean BBQ and Side Salad

We brined the 18lb. Turkey for 48 hours. The brine recipe used was from the Pioneer Woman’s website. It called for some Brown Sugar, Kosher Salt, Rosemary, Bay Leaves, Peppercorns, Apple Juice and Orange Peels.

After the 48 hours we cut out the back, rinsed and patted dry.

The Bird is ready for the smoker.
The Weber Charcoal Summit is ready!
